I follow many different blogs & for different reasons. I too blog when I am moved by something, and some of my own posts have been complain-ey. The difference is when blogs that are supposed to make you feel better start to make you feel worse. They start to highlight things that didn't bother you before but now do because someone pointed out how annoying they are. Motherhood is hard in many ways & it's different for everyone. At the time that I wrote this post, I was getting bombarded by many bloggers complaining for weeks about how hard everything is. So I figured I'd try to point out that there IS good in the bad & that this is all worth it.Belhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09643855773769807113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6665389250910258969.post-16956340411640320272011-02-14T19:18:02.081-05:002011-02-14T19:18:02.081-05:00I've been blogging since LiveJournal first cam...I've been blogging since LiveJournal first came out. At first I used it as my emo place. My place to write my dark depressing poetry and photos, lol. Back in the day, (and the age) that was the cool thing to do. So now, over a decade later, I'm still blogging. Honestly, I feel most moved to blog when something is upsetting me. My blog now is cross posted at blogger/wordpress... it's different from MereMusings (which I'm shutting down soon...I'm just not good at reviews/follow me's or drumming up followers).
I'm guilty of wallowing. Not always, but sometimes.
I have three older kids and two toddlers 16 months apart. I had SO much freedom before I had these two.. but a second marriage prompted a tubal reversal and a second generation :D
I am thrilled with motherhood. I love my kids, I am SO thankful that we had these two lil monkeys, lol... but man... some days. We moved so that we would have more space for our family of seven. It's been three years and despite trying my best I've made no friends here. In the city we moved from, where I'd grown up, I had nothing but friends... so this is a change. And it gets lonely. I know once these two get into school it will get easier... meeting other mums etc. I just gotta hang in there... short story long, if you ever come across a mom whining about her sad lil lonely life... It's ME LOL. And I apologize!Mere Musinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06723842598137139668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6665389250910258969.post-59387347724312181772011-02-14T19:16:30.913-05:002011-02-14T19:16:30.913-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Mere Musinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06723842598137139668noreply@blogger.com
